Returns/Exchanges

Domestic US

We allow returns or exchanges of unused/new items (in the original packaging) within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase arrival, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on return items. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To begin the return/exchange process, please email us at: noyacleather@gmail.com with "Return/Exchange" in the subject line, your order #, and the products you would like to return or exchange.

International: Due to shipping costs / fees, we cannot accept returns on international purchases.
